The Residential Direct Support Professional is responsible for guiding, coaching, and encouraging individuals to achieve their maximum level of independence and integrate into the community. They will assure individuals have opportunities to increase independent functioning, cognitive training, domestic and economic management, responsibility, physical health, development, and self-direction in accordance with the Home and Community Based Setting rule. Pay Rate: $14.00 an hour Looking for Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Transportation Maintenance Technician Eagles' Wings is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time, Transportation Maintenance Technician to support the care and upkeep of our transportation vehicles. This role is essential for ensuring that our vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and safe for use by our staff and clients.

Plans, initiates, coordinates, and monitors individuals’ and their Person-Centered Plans and Functional Assessment. Works closely with Nursing staff, Direct Care Professionals, and office staff in fulfilling the daily needs of people who attend Eagles’ Wings. Work closely with consultants, Ability Alliance of West Alabama, Region 2 Community Services, ADMH, HCBS, families, and people receiving Medicaid services.
